Virtual Campus and Learning Tools Documents

A wide range of documents on the Virtual Campus (Powered by Brightspace) as well as documents on online communication tools such as Adobe Connect and course registration tool.

Internet browsers are becoming more and more secure and as a result, certain 3rd party tools, as well as video/audio functions may be blocked when you are attempting to use them within the Brightspace platform. Accordingly, for applications like our Lecture Capture Tools (i.e. Echo360 and Opencast), as well as ARES (library reserve service), it is important to adjust the permissions within the browser. This document presents the steps to modify these types of permissions within each of the most commonly used internet browsers (i.e. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari). Note: Brightspace no longer supports Internet Explorer, but does support Microsoft Edge.
